摘要
通过对德国职业教育发展的环境如文化与价值观、产业结构、法律法规体系、教育体系、用工制度等的分析,揭示德国职业教育体制机制建设与发展的原动力,进一步指导我国职业教育在大的发展环境上,应该采取的措施和发展的方向,明确我国职业教育要取得长足的发展,必须注重社会文化及价值体系建设、产业背景的专业建设、法律法规及政策环境建设、教育体系的新设计及重视技能型人才的用工制度体系建设等。
The developing environments of the vocational education in Germany such as culture and values,the industrial structure,legal laws and regulations,education system and labor system are analyzed thus revealing the German vocational education system and mechanism of construction as well as development of impetus in the aim to guide the measure-taking and direction of development of our vocational education.Meanwhile,it is pointed out that the construction of social culture and the value system,the professional construction of industrial background,the construction of legislation and regulation and policy,the new design of education system and the construction of the skilled talents employment system should be attached great importance if considerable progress would be achieved.
