摘要
以CAE模流分析结果与现有实物的成型条件与实验进行比较,发现产品存在高剪切应力以及较明显的残余应力。基于此,提出基于线性黏弹性计算模型。采用田口正交实验法、光弹实验法、热处理应力消除法相结合的模式对成型产品进行残余应力改善研究,结果表明,产品的剪切应力和残余应力显著降低,该方案切实可行。
Comparing resuhs of the CAE simulation with the molding conditions and experiments of existing products, this study discovers that the products compared have high shear stress and fairly obvious residual stress. Based on the linear visco-elastic calculation model and by ways of the taguchi orthogor, al experiment, experimental method, and heat treatment light stress elimination method, it then explores how to improve the shear stress of shaped products. The results show that the shear stress and residual stress of products are significantly reduced and the scheme :is practicable.
