摘要 目的通过测定黄芪保健酒中各种有效成分的含量,为黄芪酒的保健功效和实用价值提供必要的理论依据。方法采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3比色法测定总黄酮的含量,采用香草醛-硫酸法测定皂苷的含量,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量,使用6300型氨基酸自动分析仪测定氨基酸的含量,采用AAS-6000型原子吸收分光光度计测定微量元素的含量。结果黄芪保健酒中黄酮含量为1.856 mg/g,皂苷的含量为0.835 mg/g,多糖的含量为2.178 mg/g;共有18种氨基酸,其中包括8种人体必需氨基酸;微量元素共有10种,其中钙和镁的含量最高。结论黄芪保健酒具有较高的保健功效和实用价值。 Objective To determine the content of effective components of astragalus health wine, thus provide the necessary theoretical basis and practical value for the health effects of radix astragali wine. Methods Use NaNO2 - Al(NO3)3 colorimetric method for the determination of content of total flavone; use vanillin-sulfuric acid method for the determination of saponins content; determine the polysaccharide content by phenol-sulfuric acid; use a 6300-amino acid Analyzer for the amino acids content; use AAS-6000 atomic absorption spectrophotometer for the determination of content of trace elements. Results The content of flavonoids in astragalus health wine is 1.856mg/g; saponin content is 0.835 mg/g; polysaccharide content is 2.178 mg/g; Astragalus health wine have total 18 kinds of amino acid, which includes 8 essential amino acids; there are also 10 kinds of trace elements in it, including calcium and magnesium content of the highest. Conclusions The presence of effective components make the astragalus health wine with higher benefits and practical value.
