Objective To explore the psychological state of the retired cadres, summarizes the effective nursing expenence. Methods 58 cases of outpatient service to retire the cadre through the analysis, the master their mental states, specific psychological care. Results through understanding the psychology of the concrete, specific psychological nursing, to alleviate the negative psychology, enhance its treatment of compliance and to care to job satisfaction. Conclusions accurate analysis and specific psychological nursing, receive the good result, to improve and control the disease is beneficial.
