某古建筑的检测鉴定改造

滨海某市政府为了加强城市文化底蕴,合理利用有限的土地资源,拟对老城区一批建于二十世纪初期的古建筑进行翻新改造。改造前需对建筑物现有状况进行评估,并对不满足要求的构件进行加固修复处理。
