摘要
环境法调整对象的特殊性是其成为一个独立的法律部门的基石,因此,研究环境法的调整对象对于环境法学的生存和发展具有重要意义。学界对于环境法能否调整人与自然的关系形成众多观点。笔者认为,环境法不能直接调整人与自然的关系,环境法的调整对象仍然是人与人的关系,具体是指环境社会关系。
The particularity of the adjusted objects of environmental law is the foundation stone for environmental law to become an independent legal branch.Therefore,it is of momentous significance to study the adjusted objects of environmental law for its existence and development.Scholars hold different views on whether environmental law can regulate the relation between mankind and nature or not.The author holds that environmental law can not adjust the relation directly between mankind and nature but the relationship among people,namely social relation in environment.
