摘要
采用ICP-AES法直接测定钆铁合金中14种稀土杂质元素,实验对测定元素波长、标准系列配置方式以及进样浓度进行了选择,以基体匹配法校正基体对测定的影响,所测元素的标加回收率为96%~108%,所测元素的相对标准偏差小于3%,可满足生产和检测的需要.
This paper studies the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in Gd-Fe alloy by ICP-AES. The wavelength of determined elements , the standard series configuration and sample concentration were selected. Matrix matching method was applied to eliminate spectral interference of Gd-Fe alloy. The recoveries of standard addition can reach 97 %-108 %. The RSD of the trace elements is less than 3 %.
