多元文化主义的正义理论与多元文化治理

Theory of Justice and Multicultural Governance in Multiculturalism

正义问题是当代政治学界共同关注的问题,无论政治学、伦理学或是社会学都对这一问题展开了激烈的争论。在西方国家,对这一问题的研究由来已久,而当代多元文化主义对此问题给予了不同的回答。文章主要从多元文化主义者对公民权利与集体权利、文化差异与普遍价值、简单平等和复杂平等等几个方面探讨入手,分析其中公民身份与文化身份之间的张力,指出西方国家解决这一问题的基本逻辑及其局限性。

Political scientists at present day are concerned with the issues of justice over which different scholars have debated since ancient times. Multiculturalism, as one of the main topics in political theory, deals with issues such as citizenship and collective rights, cultural difference and universal values. Focused on these issues, this paper provides an analysis of the contradiction between them and a response to the idea of western theory.
