摘要
医学院校本科层次的劳动与社会保障专业,侧重于医疗保险课程,但受制于在校四年制的限制和多学科的复杂性,实际培养效果并不明显。对学生的文理科合并招生进一步加大了学生对教学培养课程需求的多元化。就业倾向与实际就业的实际差距,使得大学生在课程选择与教学培养方式上也各有侧重。医学院校应该充分重视医学院校在劳动与社会保障专业培养中的特色,强化医学类课程的设置,改进培养模式。
The undergraduate level of labor and social security major in medical colleges,focusing on medical insurance courses,but the 4-year subject enrollment limitations and complexity of the multidisciplinary,actual training results are not evident.Co-admission of Arts and Sciences of high school students has made increased student teaching and training's needs to diversified curriculum.the actual gap of tendencies and the actual employment allows college students different focusing on.the choice of courses and teaching training methods.Medical colleges should pay full attention to the features of labor and social security major training in the medical colleges to enhance sets of medical courses and training mode.
