摘要
目的 探讨肠杆菌科细菌生化鉴定系统的研制并对其性能进行评价。方法 细菌鉴定采用常规API微生物鉴定系统(对照组)与我院自制观察系统(观察组),将自行研究的生化基质置聚苯乙烯条中脱水制干组合成鉴定条,辅以细菌编码技术,对120株临床菌株进行鉴定,并与API鉴定结果进行比较。结果 11株标准菌株接种于本系统,8~24h的观察结果符合率为92.4%~98.6%.本系统与API2种方法鉴定技术水平的符合率为95%,经检验两者间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 新研制系统鉴定肠杆菌科细菌快速、简单,能很好的为临床提供准确实验依据。
Objective To explore the development of enterobacteriaceae biochemical identification system and evaluate the performance.Methods Bacterial identification used conventional API microbial identification system(control group) and our hospital self-observation system(observation group),set our own study’s biochemical matrix in polystyrene strips,dehydrated to dry mix strips,combined with bacteria coding techniques,identified the 120 clinical isolates,and compared with API identification results.Results 11 standard strains inoculated in the system,8~24h observations coincidence rate was 92.4%~98.6%.The system and API identification techniques level’s coincidence rate was 95%,the tested results showed two metheod had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The newly developed system to identify the enterobacteriaceae was fast,simple and can provide accurate experimental basis for clinical.
