摘要
根据辽宁省的实际情况,分析海洋牧场建设在辽宁省优化产业结构、保护海洋生态环境等方面的重要性。在此基础之上,探讨辽宁省海洋牧场建设的总体思路,提出基本建设原则,论述辽宁省海洋牧场建设的重点任务,提出保障措施,以为发展海洋牧场提供参考。
According to local situation of Liaoning Province,this paper analyzed importance of ocean ranching development in Liaoning Province.It＇s good to optimize fishery structure and protect marine environment.On the basis of this,this paper discussed the guidelines,pointed out fundamental principles and expounded the importance tasks of ocean ranching development,so as to provide references for ocean ranching development.
