摘要
目的研究小儿氨酚烷胺颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法对小儿氨酚烷胺颗粒处方中人工牛黄的性状、加入方式、混合时间进行正交优化;对盐酸金刚烷胺、色素的加入方法进行统计学研究。结果通过优化处方中人工牛黄、盐酸金刚烷胺等的性质和混合加入方法,得出了最优化的制备工艺。结论该制备方法解决了小儿氨酚烷胺颗粒半成品中性状、溶化性不符合要求的问题,优化了制备工艺。
Objective To study the most optimum manufacturing process of pediatric paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride granules. Methods Optimized the characteristic, adding method and blending duration of calculus boris artifactus by orthogonal experimental design;Researched the adding method of amantadine hydrochloride and colorant statistically. Results According to optimize the characteristic and blending methods of calculus bovis artifactus, amantadine hydrochloride etc. We concluded the most optimum manufacturing process. Conclusion The manufacturing method solves the problem of the unqualified characteristic and dispersibility in semi-finished products of pediatric paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride granules,which subsequently optimizes the manufacturing process.
