PCI后造影剂肾病并痛风急性发作1例及用药分析 被引量：3

摘要 患者,男,59岁.因反复活动后胸闷1年余,PCI术后1月余入院.患者于2008年12月诊断为冠心病、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死,2009年11月到我院心内科住院治疗,并进行PCI治疗,在RCA近中段、PDA近段、LCX近段、LCX远端、LCX两支架间串联植入支架,术后患者一般情况可,坚持规律服药,胸闷症状消失,活动后不明显,但患者前降支仍存在病变,建议1个月后解决前降支狭窄问题,今为进一步治疗并植入前降支支架而住院,诊断为（1）冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病;陈旧性下壁、正后壁心肌梗死;PCI支架植入术后;稳定型心绞痛;全心增大;心功能Ⅱ级;（2）高三酰甘油血症;（3）高尿酸血症.
