胃肠道间质瘤23例临床病理分析

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)是一类胃肠道非上皮源性的间质肿瘤,临床较少见.此类肿瘤细胞主要为梭形细胞,具有多种病理学形态,GIST症状隐匿,术前确诊困难,故正确认识该肿瘤的组织病理学及免疫组化特征具有十分重要的意义[1].近年来GIST的病理研究方面有了很大的提高,通常联合检测CD117和CD34的表达为GIST诊断和危险度判定提供了重要依据.现对我院23例GIST的临床特点及病理学形态进行回顾性分析总结,现报道如下.
