国际比较视域下河北高职院校发展战略研究

On the Development Strategies of Hebei Higher Vocational College in the View of International Comparison

目前河北省正处于"十二五"产业结构转型时期。在产业调整的大背景下,河北高职教育面临着新的发展机遇,但随着考生人数逐年下降,国外大学对中国学生吸引力增强等一系列现象的出现,高职院校的发展又面临着新的挑战。应借鉴国外先进经验,完善高职教育法律法规体系,制定合理的战略经营策略,结合区域经济发展,促进河北高职教育稳步健康发展。

At the Twelfth Five-year Plan period,under the background＂ of industry adjustment,higher vocational college in Hebei faces new opportunities. But there are still some challenges, such as decreasing number of examinee, increasing appealing of overseas college for Chinese students, and rising number of colleges to undergraduate teaching. Only by learning experience of foreign country,perfecting legal system of higher vocational education, making reasonable strategy,and developing higher vocational education based on regional economy can improve Hebei higher vocational education step by step.
