摘要
目前,我国高职教育改革不断深化,院系二级管理的质量监控和评价面临着新形势、新变化,而传统管理体制下教学质量监控和评价又存在一些不足,所以树立全面质量管理理念,构建多元立体质量评价体系,充分调动二级教学单位的积极性和主动性,切实提高人才培养的整体质量将是大势所趋。
The two-level management system between college and departments is facing many new situations,new changes. There is a series of deficiencies in traditional management system,monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality. So it is necessary to establish a comprehensive quality management philosophy,build multi-dimensional quality evaluation system,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative ability of secondary teaching units, and effectively improve the overall quality of personnel training.
