基于意外建模的山洪泥石流灾害监测及预警系统

摘要 针对山洪泥石流灾害具有突发性、破坏性大、防治困难的特点,采用无线传感器网络技术实现各级监测采集站网的汛情信息采集、信息传输、监测中心的监测信息传送,解决复杂环境下信息有效获取与传输的问题.由于山洪泥石流灾害形成机理建模困难,现有的山洪泥石流预警主要依靠人工经验,缺少预警决策支持系统.为解决山洪泥石流灾害预警困难的问题,采用意外建模方法,通过数据驱动的方式在山洪泥石流预警决策方面做了初步的尝试. Mountain torrent and debris flow disaster has the characteristics of sudden occurrence, severe damage and having difficulty to prevent. The technology of wireless sensor networks is used to monitor the flood situation and collect data from all the monitoring stations, and transfer the information so as to solve the problem of information access and transmission in specific environment. It is difficult to give warning ahead of time, for it is hard to build the model of formation mechanism for the mountain torrent and debris flow disaster. The existing mountain torrent and debris flow disaster warning relies mainly on the personal experience. In order to solve the problem of mountain torrent and debris flow disaster warning, the accident modeling theory is used to build the self-adaptive data driven mountain torrent and debris flow disaster monitoring and warning system.
