摘要 通过对太阳能电池板的输出特性、蓄电池的充放电特性以及大功率LED路灯驱动电路的研究,设计了一款智能控制器.控制器是以STC单片机为核心,以DC/DC变换电路为硬件基础,以PWM技术为手段调节输出电压和电流,采用三段式策略来实现蓄电池的充电,其中在快充阶段采用MPPT算法,半功率点策略控制LED照明,极大突显了太阳能LED路灯系统的环保节能优势及应用前景. An intelligent controller is designed based on our research of the output characteristic of solar panel, the charge and discharge characteristic of storage battery and high power LED driver. In the controller STC single computer is used as the core, DC/DC converter as the hardware base. PWM technology is used to adjust output voltage and current in the controller. Three stage control strategy is used in charge stage and MPPT algorithm in fast charge stage. Half power point strategy is used to control LED lighting. The advantage in environmental protection and energy saving is prominent. The application prospect of the controller is bright.
