摘要 介绍了一类预应力构件钢绞线张拉自动控制系统,通过设计无线张拉伸长量传感器、控制液压阀组的次控机、进行张拉操作的主控机与张拉数据信息管理的网络信息系统,实现了预应力构件的钢绞线自动张拉与张拉过程信息的全过程管理。系统在银川至巴彦浩特公路合同段1等路段进行了试验,张拉数据表明符合规范要求,验证了系统的有效性。 The automatic tensioning control system for steel strand of prestressed member was introduced. By designing wireless tensioning and elongation sensor,the secondary control machine which controls the hydraulic valve unit, the main control machine for tensioning operation and the network information system for management of tensioning data, the whole process management of automatic tensioning of steel strand of pre-stressed member and tensioning process information was realized. The system was tested at the grade 1 road section of Yinchuan-Bayan- haote highway contract section, the tensioning data proved to be in accordance with the specifications and requirements, and the system effectiveness was verified.
