重构地方高校经济学人才培养模式——以安徽省为例

Reconstruction of Training Mode of Economics Students of Local Universities——A Case Study of Anhui Province

目前,地方高校经济学专业毕业生就业形势越来越严峻。调查发现,造成这种现象的原因与地方高校经济学人才培养模式有关:过分注重理论教学、忽视实践教学、学生动手能力较差,导致社会对地方高校经济学专业毕业生认可度低。为了扭转这种不利局面,需要重新构建地方高校经济学人才培养模式,由原来的仅仅重视理论教学转向理论教学与实践教学并重,提升学生的动手能力。重构人才培养模式,可以从重新设计课程体系、加强职业和就业引导、注重培养学生创新能力等几个方面入手。

At present, the employment situation of local university economics graduates is becoming more and more serious. The Survey showed that causes of the phenomenon related with local universities training mode of economics students. Too much focused on theory teaching in local universities and ignored the practice teaching, leading to poor students ＇ practical abilities, social evaluation is low. Reconstruction of training mode of economics students of local universities, the emphasis on theory teaching, we must also strengthen the practice teaching to enhance students practical abilities, it can reverse this adverse situation. Training Mode can be reconstructed from the re-designed curriculum, strengthen vocational and employment guidance, students focus on innovation, and several other aspects.
