Cooperative Policy and Regional Community in Late Period of Republic of China——With Jiangsu,Zhejiang as Study Objects

南京国民政府时期,在省政府官僚的主导下在中国农村共同关系的基础上成立了各种形式的合作社,取得了一定的成果。但从整体上来看,合作社依然是脆弱松散的组织,带有很强的私有化倾向。农村领导人的缺乏、行政机关的力量薄弱等是阻碍合作社事业发展的重要因素。

In the period of Nanjing National Government, under the leadership of government bureaucrats, various forms of cooperatives were established on the basis of common relations in China rural areas and achieved certain results. But overall, cooperatives were still fragile and loose organizations with a strong tendency to privatization. The lack of rural leaders and weak executive power were important factors hindering the development of cooperatives.
