改革开放,特别是文化体制改革以来,贵州文化产业加快发展。改革开放对于贵州文化产业发展具有重要的特殊意义,要进一步坚持改革开放,将建设文化强省与实施工业强省战略相结合,促进文化产业与其他相关产业融合发展,进一步改善文化产业发展环境,推动文化产业成为贵州国民经济支柱性产业。

With the reform and opening up policy being implemented, especially, with the reform of cultural administrative system, culture industry has developed rapidly in Guizhou province. The reform and opening up has a special significance to Guizhou culture industry development and should be kept up. In order to push forward culture industry to become a pillar industry in Guizhou province, we should combine improving cultural development with strengthening industries development, promote the integration of culture industry and the related industries, ameliorate the development environment of Guizhou culture industry.
