我国农村财务管理规范化的障碍分析及对策

在建设社会主义新农村的号召下,我国农村的建设状况日新月异,党和政府对农村建设的投入也越来越大,这要求农村在进行财务管理的时候尽可能的规范化,但是目前我国农村在财务管理方面并不是很规范,这不利于农民收入的提高和社会主义新农村项目的建设。因此,文章通过分析农村财务管理方面的问题和障碍,提出一些对策供参考。
