On Specifying Development Orientation of College Moral Education

高校学生德育工作,党和国家非常重视。然而,从当前高校德育运行的实际情况看,不少学校实际工作的效果为什么不能达到令人满意的预期目的呢?其主要原因是高校德育目标长期存在的政治化、理想化的倾向和实施过程的非程序化和形式主义。要想达到高校德育工作的预期目的,就必须把德育目标具体化、德育工作实施程序化、具体化。

The Party and state pays great attention to the moral education of college students. However, the current college moral education situation is not satisfying. The reason why college moral education cannot achieve the intended purpose is that its goal is too political and idealistic and its implementation process is formalistic and has no standardized procedures. The key to achieve effective college moral education is the specification of moral education goal and the standardize implementation of college moral education.
