民族社区居民参与旅游发展的限制性因素分析

Factors Restricting National Community Residents from Participating in the Tourism Development

在考虑到旅游开发商承担投资风险,追求投资回报率的背景下,作为游客体验"友好气氛"必要成份的民族地区社区居民需要提高自身参与旅游发展的能力,摆脱传统依靠他方帮助的局面。阐述了民族社区居民参与旅游发展的现状,探讨了影响民族地区社区居民参与旅游发展的限制性因素,并有针对性地提出提高民族地区社区居民参与旅游发展能力的建议。

Since what the tourism developers pursue are benefits and rewards as the risk undertaker,the residents,whose friendliness is one of attractions of tourist resorts,should upgrade their ability to participate in tourism development so as not to be too much dependent on traditional exterior supports.We analyzed in this paper the status quo of residents＇ participation in national tourist communities,discussing the factors that restrict their participation and putting forward suggestions to upgrade their participating abilities.
