摘要
我国保险行业中银行保险业务市场潜力巨大,T寿险公司为了更好地激励银行保险代理人,对公司原先采用的银行保险代理人的薪酬模式进行了重新设计。在设计新的薪酬模式中,T公司通过提高客户经理的底薪,降低首年业务提成比率,取消学历津贴,增加培训津贴,调整基本工资与业务提成所占比例以及设计适合代理人的福利项目等方法较好地实现了公司薪酬管理的目的。
Bank insurance has a great potential on China's current insurance market.In order to better motivate bank insurance agents,T-companies have redesigned the salary model for them.According to the new model,T-companies have increased the basic salary of their client mangers,lowering their commission rates in the first business year,canceling their education allowance,increasing their training allowance,adjusting their salary-commission proportion,and providing them with a favorable welfare program.The new design has helped the T-companies to achieve their salary managing goals in a better way.
