大学生“村官”嵌入下的农村基层民主政治建设问题研究

Problems in the Construction of Rural Grassroots Democratic Politics after the Participation of CSVLs

大学生"村官"这一群体的嵌入,为农村基层民主政治建设注入了新鲜血液。从当前农村基层民主政治建设的困境入手,全面分析了大学生"村官"为农村基层民主政治建设带来的机遇和挑战,认为应当抓住机遇,扬长避短,采取有效措施,加快农村基层民主政治建设的步伐。

The participation of college student village leaders（CSVLs） has injected new energy into the construction of rural grassroots democratic politics.Taking the difficulties in the construction of rural grassroots democratic politics as the point of departure,we analyzed the challenges and opportunities brought by the CSVLs.We hold that we should brave these difficulties,seize the opportunities,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses.Besides,effective measures should be taken to speed up the construction of rural grassroots democratic politics.
