痹痛灵颗粒对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的影响

Influences of Bitongling Granule on Collagen-induced Arthritis Rats

目的观察痹痛灵颗粒对胶原蛋白诱导性关节炎大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法以牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和完全弗氏佐剂造成胶原蛋白诱导性关节炎大鼠模型,称取各组大鼠造模当天及给药结束当天的体质量;测定各组大鼠血清中及组织匀浆中TNF-α含量。结果痹痛灵高剂量组能明显抑制关节炎大鼠血清及组织中的TNF-α的含量,且与甲氨蝶呤比较无明显差异。结论痹痛灵颗粒对类风湿关节炎有较好的抑制作用。

Objective To explore the mechanisms of Bitongling Granule on the collagen - induced arthritis rats. Methods Bovine collagen type II and complete Freund＇s adjuvant were used for making collagen - induced arthritis in rats. The rats were weighed after modeling and treatment. Levels of TNF - a of serum and tissue homogenate. Resdts Bitongling high dose group significantly reduced serum and tissue levels of TNF - a , with insignificant difference with methotrexate. Conclusion Bitongling Granule has good inhibitory effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
