摘要
目的建立茵陈配方颗粒的红外光谱鉴别及总黄酮含量测定方法。方法采用FT-IR对不同批次茵陈配方颗粒进行鉴别分析,以NaNO_2-Al(NO_2)_3-NaOH体系比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果红外光谱存在7个特征吸收峰,茵陈总黄酮在10.056-60.336μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为97.77%,RSD为1.34%。结论本方法操作简便,准确度高,重复性好,可有效地控制茵陈配方颗粒的质量。
Objective To identify Artemisia Scoparia formula granule by measuring IR fingerprints and determine its total flavones by UV Spectrophotometry. Methods Different batches of Artemisia Scoparia formula granule were researched by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR), and the total flavones were analyzed by spectrophotometry based on NaNO2 -Al (NO3 )3 -NaOH reaction system. Results Seven characteristic peaks were found on IR fingerprints. Sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 10. 056 - 60. 336 ug/mL( r = 0. 9994). The average recovery was 97.77% and RSD was 1.34%. Conclusion These methods used in this study is easy and accurate, and can be used to contol the quality of Artemisia Scoparia formula granule effectively.
