旅游本科专业“四位一体”人才培养模式探究

Research on the Integrated Training Mode in Tourism Undergraduate Education

我国旅游本科人才培养的主要问题是人才供需错位,造成这一问题的主要原因是现行的人才培养模式在专业培养目标、课程设置、教材建设、师资队伍及人才培养方式等方面存在不足.鉴于此,笔者提出了"以教学为基础,以技能培养为推动环节,以创新型人才培养为目标",按照产、学、研一体化的思路,构建了课堂、学校、行业、社会"四位一体"的开放式、拓展型旅游人才培养新模式.

The imbalance and mismatch of supply and demand on tourism talents are one of the main problems in tourism industry.The root causes for this problem is the current training mode,which needs to be improved and optimized in many aspects,such as the professional training objectives,the curriculums,the training materials,the teachers and the training mode,etc.In view of this,the author puts forward an new training mode,which is based on indoor teaching and promoted by skill training,with the aim to develop innovative tourism talents.Specifically,the author integrated ＂Class,School,Industry,Society＂ as the combined training subjects for this training mode to realize the integration of industry,education and research,which is more open and extensive in tourism talent training.
