摘要 在构建环洞庭湖区城市土地集约利用评价指标体系的基础上,利用主成分分析法计算环洞庭湖区各城市历年土地集约利用程度。结果表明:环洞庭湖区的3个地级城市(益阳、岳阳、常德)土地集约利用水平呈不断上升趋势,土地集约化利用趋势越来越明显,土地利用状况也越来越合理。不同城市之间土地集约利用差异显著,常德市相对最优,岳阳市次之,益阳市第三。 Based on the construction of evaluation index system for urban land intensive utilization in district around Dongting Lake, using principal component analysis method to calculate the land intensive utilization degree of each city around Dongting Lake in each year. The results showed that the land intensive utilization level of Yiyang City, Yueyang City and Changde City showed a continuously increasing trend, and land utilization situations have became more and more reasonable. The land intensive utilization among different cities had significant differences, in which Changde City was the best, Yueyang City was followed, and Yiyang City was No.3.
