中国乳品企业经营绩效探析

以总资产收益率衡量企业的经营绩效,2004～2010年蒙牛乳业经营绩效高于行业绩效(2008年除外),优于其竞争对手——光明乳业与伊利集团。分析认为:原奶价格的波动、市场竞争的强度与企业规模经济以及企业经营管理水平是影响绩效的主要因素。根据分析结果,提出4点措施:建立信息共享机制,降低原奶价格波动幅度;建立可协调的、利益一体化的纵向组织关系;精心制定战略,稳健实施战术;制定科学的政策,优化产业组织结构。这些措施能有效降低企业经营风险,提高企业经营绩效。

Using total assets yield to assess operating performance of enterprises, therefore, the operating performance of Mengniu dairy company is better than that of the industry in 2004-2010 （except 2008）, and it is also superior to that of Bright dairy company and Yili company. Price fluctuations of the raw milk, the strength of market competition, firm size and the level of management axe the main factors that affect performance. To effectively reduce management risk and enhance operating performance of the dairy enterprises, it should establish an information sharing mechanism to reduce the price fluctuation of raw milk, establish the relationship that combines interests in vertical organizations, develop strategies and implement the tactics steadily, formulate relevant policies, and optimize industry structure.
