摘要 采用Freescale新一代单片机MPC563xM设计了天然气发动机的电控单元(ECU)硬件。分析了ECU结构,设计了ECU功能模块,其中,喷嘴驱动电路采用高端开关、低端PWM反馈控制、低端电流检测的方法,具有成本低、可靠性好等特点。试验结果表明,所设计的ECU能够快速、精确地控制燃气喷射,实现了发动机的快速起动。 The electronic control unit(ECU)of natural gas engine was designed by using new generation Freescale MPC563xM microcontroller. Then the ECU structure was analyzed and the function module was designed. In the nozzle drive circuit, the high-side switch, low-side PWM feedback control and low-side electric current detection method were used, which owned the characteristics of low cost and high reliability. The experiments show that the designed ECU can quickly and accurately control the injection of natural gas, which realizes the rapid start of engine.
