The Major Issues of Social Organizations and Thinking

本文分析了社会组织在发展过程中存在着法规保障不足、职能支撑不足、公益保障不足、管理体制缺陷、思想认识偏差、内部治理不善、人力资源匮乏等主要问题,探讨了通过完善社会组织发展的外部环境,充分用好、用活现有资源,推动社会组织的各项改革等途径,实现对社会组织发展障碍的跨越。

This paper shows that there exist short of regulatory protection, short of supporting functions, short of commonweal security, flaws in management system, a wrong way of ideas, poor internal governance, lack of human resources and other major issues in the course of social organizations＇ development, suggest to improve the external environment of social organizations＇ development, make full use the existing resources, promote the reform of social organizations, so as to break the development barriers of social organizations.
