我国区域大中型工业企业技术创新能力评价及差异测度

Study on the Evaluation and Difference Measurement of Regional MLE Technological Innovation Capability in China

运用熵权TOPSIS方法和锡尔指数对2005~2009年我国区域大中型工业企业技术创新能力发展水平进行了综合评价和差异测度。研究结果表明,当前我国区域大中型工业企业技术创新能力发展水平存在显著差异,两极分化现象严重;对于区域内部差异而言,西部最大,东部次之,中部最小;三大区域之间差异最为突出,对区域总体差异贡献最大。

This paper applies the entropy-weighting TOPSIS method and Theil index to take a comprehensive evaluation and difference measurement of regional Middle and Large sized Enterprise（MLE）technological innovation capability in China from 2005 to 2009.The results show that the development difference of regional MLE technological innovation capability is great,and the polarization phenomenon is serious.For the regional internal differences which are concerned,western is largest,eastern followed and central is the minimum.The difference among the three regions is the most outstanding,which makes the largest contribution to the regional overall differences.
