Performance Evaluation of Industry-University-Research Cooperative Innovation in Shaanxi Province

本文在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,以投入——产出理论为依据,构建了产学研结合技术创新绩效评价指标体系,同时选择因子分析法,对陕西省产学研结合技术创新绩效进行了评价,根据对评价结果的分析,确定陕西产学研合作技术创新绩效的水平和主要影响因素,并针对性给出相应的对策建议。

According to the summarization of domestic and foreign relevant researches,the paper constructs an index system of performance evaluation of the industry-university-research institute collaborative technology innovation by the input-output theory,and selects the factor analysis to evaluate the performance of the industry-university-research institute collaborative technology innovation in Shaanxi province.Based on the analysis of evaluated results,the paper determines level and major influential factors of performance of the industry-university-research institute collaborative technology innovation in Shaanxi province,and accordingly gives the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
