内蒙古发展可再生能源的现实基础和路径选择

由于特殊的地理位置和气候环境,内蒙古地区有利用风能、太阳能和生物质能的独特资源优势,西部荒漠地区可合理开发为可再生能源综合利用基地。近年来,内蒙古可再生能源产业的快速发展受到技术、成本、人才等诸因素的制约。在发展低碳经济背景下,为促进内蒙古可再生能源发展,政府应该合理制定发展规划,提供财政补贴,减免税收,扩大融资渠道,推进可再生能源产业体系发展。

Because of its special geographical location and climate environment,Inner Mongolia region has unique advantages to use wind energy,solar energy and biomass energy.The western desert region can be come the renewable energy comprehensive utilization base if it is reasonable developed.In recent years,Inner Mongolia renewable energy industries are restricted by technology,cost,talent and some other factors.In developing a low carbon economy background,in order to promote the development of renewable energy in Inner Mongolia,the government should establish the development planning,provide financial allowance,reduce taxes,expand financing channels and promote renewable energy industry system development.
