摘要
本文采用酸浸法直接提取煤矸石中Al2O3,通过对助溶剂与样品质量比、盐酸浓度、浸取时间和浸取温度四个影响因素进行单因素试验,得出各因素对Al2O3浸取率均成正比的影响规律,通过正交试验筛选出适宜浸取条件。同时采用沸腾回流装置对浸取条件进行优化,最终确定最优经济浸取条件为:助溶剂/样品质量比0.22、盐酸浓度5mol/L、浸取时间120min、浸取温度108℃。铝的浸取率可达到70.40%。
This paper use the method that is direct acid leaching of aluminum from coal gangue. Through single factor experiments for NaF/gangue ratio, the concentration of HCI, the time treated by HCI and temperature, we have all been the law of A12O3 leaching rate: A12O3 leaching rate and the factors are in direct proportion to the relationship between. A orthogonal designs based on single-factor has been texted to Filter out the better leaching results. The paper continue to use the boiling backflow system to optimize the conditions, after a comprehensive analysis of the economic costs and ultimately determine the optimal reaction conditions for leaching conditions are as follows: NaF/gangue ratio 0.22 , the concentration of HCI 5 mol/L, the time treated by HC1 120min and temperature 108℃. The dissolving ratio of alumina could be up to 70.40% at the best technical condition.
