摘要
安全仪表系统是石油化工行业防止重大事故和保护人身安全的重要保障。本文结合实际装置,通过绘制实际装置的故障树和划分功能块,分析在役安全仪表的可靠性和可用性等级,并在此基础上,提出了几种提高实际装置可靠性与可用性等级的措施来满足实际生产需求。
The safety Instrument System is an important guarantee to prevent accidents and protect personal safety. This paper builds the fault tree analysis and function modules of actual devices, and assesses the reliability and availability of the Safety Instrument System in service. Based on the assessment, several measures have been proposed in this paper for improving the reliability and availability of devices to meet the actual production requirements.
