人工股骨头置换术护理体会

目的总结人工股骨头置换术护理经验,探讨有效护理措施。方法对我科2004年至2009年15例人工股骨头置换术患者住院期间的护理、康复训练指导进行回顾性总结。结果 15例人工股骨头置换术患者住院期间无护理并发症发生,康复训练有效,病人功能恢复良好。结论术前积极治疗原发病,给予良好的心理护理,术后密切观察病情变化、认真指导康复锻炼是病人功能恢复的重要因素。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of artificial femoral head replacement,to explore the effective nursing measures.Methods Section from 2004 to 2009 15 cases of artificial femoral head arthroplasty in patients with hospital care,rehabilitation and training guidance retrospectively.Results 15 cases of artificial femoral head arthroplasty during hospitalization among patients with no complication,rehabilitation training is effective,the patient regained good function.Conclusion Preoperative active treatment of the original diseases,giving good psychological nursing,postoperative close observation of changes in conditions,careful instruction of rehabilitation training is the important factors of functional recovery of the patients.
