摘要
装配水泥磨齿轮箱时,由于齿轮副啮合精度达不到设计要求,经常需要根据啮合的情况,对齿轮重新磨削以达到要求的接触精度。经常采用配磨工艺,不仅耗时耗力,而且导致齿轮副侧隙偏大,影响传动的稳定性,还会降低齿面的硬度,影响齿轮的寿命。在加工工艺上采取措施,减少配磨的发生。
As the contact pattern of mating gears can' t meet design requirement during gearbox assembly, it is necessary to regrind the pinion according to its requirement. Regrinding not only wastes time and labor force, but also makes an impact on drive stably and gear's hardness and life because of the big backlash. So we should find a reasonable manufacturing processing method to decrease regrinding occurrence.
