摘要
针对CL90-51测速齿轮在现阶段高速发展的轨道交通中的重要地位,通过分析原有精加工测速齿轮的机床、刀具、工艺等缺陷,提出了相应的改进措施,保证测速齿轮精加工的精准、高效。
In view of playing an important role of measuring speed gear CL90-51 in the rapid development of rail transport at the present stage ,this paper introduces a relative improvement measures which assure its machining accuracy and high efficiency by analyzing the defects of finishing machines,tools and machine processing of the old measuring speed gear CL90-51.
