摘要
在VERICUT7.0环境下,实现了DMU 50V五轴加工中心加工叶片仿真的全过程。应用VERICUT的Component Tree功能建立运动学模型,应用UG软件构建了加工中心的机床模型和生成了驱动数控机床所需的NC代码,然后通过设置毛坯,配置相应的参数,实现了叶片的五轴数控加工仿真。
The whole simulation process of the vane is finished by DMU 50V based on VERICUT7.0 in this thesis. The kinematical model is built by using component tree function of VERICUT,and UG software is used to build the model of DMU 50V and generate NC code which is used to drive NC machine and carry out the 5-axis NC machining simulation by setting stock, and deploying corre-sponding parameters.
