基于Pro/Toolkit的少片变截面钢板弹簧参数化建模系统

摘要 为了提高板簧三维建模及参数计算的准确性和效率,借助Pro/E软件对少片变截面钢板弹簧进行参数化建模设计,并利用Pro/E提供的Pro/Toolkit工具包结合Visual C++6.0编程工具实现在原软件基础功能上的二次开发,建立板簧参数化建模系统,该系统具有自动分析生成所需板簧的主要参数及模型的功能,友好的人机交互式输入界面。简化了模型建立过程中的繁琐程序,为仿真研究提供方便。 This paper carries out parametric modeling design of the tapered few-leaf spring based on the software Pro/E in order to reduce the design workload and improve the accuracy and efficiency of three-dimensional modeling and parameter calculation. The Pro/Toolkit with Visual C ++ 6.0 software programming tool are used to establish spring parametric modeling system and to implement the second development on the basis of the original function. The system could automatically generate its required main parameters and model of leaf spring and have friendly man-machine interactive input interface,which greatly simplifies the tedious process during modeling and simulation.
