从Mastercam X软件的CAM功能着手,介绍了FANUC 0i-TB数控车削系统的螺纹车削循环指令的应用场合;分析和研究了利用Mastercam X软件的CAM功能实现与FANUC 0i-TB系统相匹配的螺纹车削循环指令;着重介绍Mastercam X中获得FANUC 0i-TB螺纹车削循环指令的相关参数的设置方法。

Starting with the CAM of Mastercam X software, this paper introduces the application of the thread cycle instruction in FANUC 0i-TB CNC turning system ,and then this paper analyses and reseamhes on the thread cycle instructions of CAM in Mastercam X software, that match FANUC 0i-TB system. It also introduces how to get the relevant parameters setting method of various thread cycle instructions from Mastemam X software.
