摘要
检定车车速控制是流速仪检定系统中的一个重要环节和控制难点,尤其是在低速运行时,由非线性摩擦阻力而产生的"爬行"现象使车速的精度更是难以控制。现对低速运行时的"爬行"现象进行分析,通过模糊PID算法控制调节PWM输出,从而尽可能的消除这一现象,使检定车在低速时具有较高的速度精度,误差控制在0.5%左右,这在国内同行业处于领先地位。
The speed control system of calibration vehicle plays an important role in the whole calibration system but it is hard to be controlled, in particular, in" creeping phenomenon". This paper analyzes "creeping phenomenon" at first, and then eliminates this phenomenon as possible by PWM output controlled by Fuzzy-PID. It is made have high accuracy of speed vehicle in the low speed, particularly,within 0.5% in low speed and has the lead in the same trade in China.
