实习护士对病患隐私保护意识和行为调查分析

INVESTIGATION INTO AWARENESS AS WELL AS BEHAVIOR OF INTERN NURSES ON PROTECTION OF PATIENT'S PRIVACY

目的:了解实习护士对患者隐私权的掌握情况,找出实习护生在护理过程中对病患隐私保护意识和行为存在的问题。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对实习护士进行患者隐私权、患者隐私保护意识和行为的调查。结果:97.0%的护生认为病人在医护人员面前有隐私可言;33.2%回答不会有意无意的将病人的隐私泄露给无关的人。患者隐私保护意识和行为得分平均分为7.17±1.35分,及格率为73.2%,男生平均分(3.85±2.27)低于女生(7.28±1.17),中专学生得分(6.85±0.91)低于大专学历学生(7.52±1.61),年龄越大、实习时间越长得分越高。结论:实习护士隐私保护意识在实习期间能得到一定程度的提高,但是部分护生对患者隐私权的内涵掌握不够、缺乏保护患者隐私的意识和行为,今后医院应加强护生护理伦理知识的教育和培训,提高实习护生保护患者隐私的意识,减少因隐私保护问题导致的护患纠纷。

Objective ：To investigate the knowledge of patient＇s privacy among intern nurses and figure out the infraction problem of students in the process of nursing working. Methods： Using the self-designed questionnaire, the knowledge about patient＇s privacy, the awareness as well as action of protecting patient＇s privacy were investigated among intern nurses. Results;97.0% of the intern nurses thought that the patients had privacy before the medical staff. 33.2% answered that they had intentionally or unintentionally leaked the privacy of the patient to people unrelated. The average score of intern nurses on privacy awareness and behavior to patients was 7.17±1.35 points, and the passing rate was 73.2%. The males＇ score （3.85±2.27） was lower than females＇ （7.28±1.17）. Secondary school students＇ score （6.85±0.91） was lower than college students＇ （7.52±1.61）. The older the age and the longer the practice, the higher the score was. Conclusion：The consciousness of protecting patient privacy was elevated to some extent during the practice. However, some nurses showed the insufficient consciousness and action of the protection of patient＇s privacy. It is necessary to strengthen the study of nursing ethnic knowledge, elevate the protection awareness of patient＇s privacy and gradually reduce the dispute between patients and intern nurses due to the problem of patients＇ s privacy.
