内皮祖细胞与心血管危险因素研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 1 内皮祖细胞的来源、表面标志、分离方法 内皮组细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)的来源主要包括人脐静脉血、成人外周血、骨髓,并且发现外周血中的EPCs起源于骨髓,而脐血中的EPCs起源于胎儿的肝脏。迄今为止,EPCs尚无统一的鉴定标准,一般将表达CD34/CD133/KDR(VEGFR2或Flkl)这3种基因标志物的细胞定义为EPCs。
