手部湿疹治疗的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 手部湿疹是一种由多种因素引起的皮肤炎症反应性疾病。其皮疹表现为多形性，可有红斑、丘疹、水疱、鳞屑、角化过度、皲裂及苔藓样变等。有研究表明63％手部湿疹患者对一种或多种变应源过敏，接触敏感成为手部湿疹症状加重的因素之一。接触性变态反应与刺激性反应是发病的重要因素．其它因素包括多汗、摩擦、职业、干燥、心理压力、社会经济地位低下等。
