Employment and Management of Teachers Employed outside the Higher Vocational Colleges

外聘教师队伍的聘用及管理存在着诸多问题,在一定程度上影响了高职院校师资队伍的建设和日常教学管理。因此,高职院校要高度重视外聘教师队伍的建设,加强外聘教师队伍的聘请、考核与管理,使外聘教师队伍实现制度化、科学化、合理化,建设一支专兼结合、素质优良、结构合理、具有较高教学水平和实践能力的师资队伍以推动高职教育的快速发展。

There exist many problems in the employment and management of teachers team employed outside colleges,which affects the construction of teaching staff and daily teaching management in higher vocational colleges.Therefore ,higher vocational colleges should highly emphasize the construction of teachers employed outside colleges,strengthening their employment ,check and management,so that their team can realize systematism scienism and rationality.It should establish part-time and full-time teaching staff of high quality,and reasonable structure with higher teaching level and practical ability for advancing the rapid development of higher vocational education.
